Wow! Every single time I schedule a service from this Salon I am incredibly impressed. I first found them a year back when I wanted to treat myself with microdermabrasion. Maria gave me such an honest consultation and we decided a combination of a few laser treatments for my acne and a couple of microneedling sessions would be the best route for my desired result.

This is a great spot for laser hair removal. Super clean, great location, top of the line devices. Exceptional covid protocols, really top 1% of what I have seen out there. Very knowledgeable and skilled technician and lovely front desk welcome. They have been on time for all of my appointments, which is great because the Park Avenue plastic spot I used to frequent for lasers had typical wait times of 40+ minutes. All in all, no reason to hesitate just because they market via Groupon. (small rant: groupon just a marketing method, no indication of low quality!!) I’m buying more areas at full price because I’m happy here!

An the summer of 2017, I had made a package deal to get hair removal done on my face. The first two times I had went well, but by the the third I ended up getting a blister burn around my lip area, I called to let the women who had done the laser that day known what what had happen but told me it is was normal and to put ice on it so, I let it slide. By my second to last appointment I started to notice that I was breaking out more then usual so I decided to go to a dermatologist. Turns out that the lasers was causing me to break out. I had some acne before I did my first laser hair removal but it wasn’t so bad and my dermatologist I had told me that the laser hair removal professional should’ve told me to first get my acne treated before starting the laser hair removal process.

I have been coming to gentle touch lasers for about a year and have had my full face , brazilian and underarms done and the results have been spectacular , worth every penny. Super clean establishment. Maria is super sweet and explains the entire session to you so you know what to expect and nicky is superb!! Both with the laser and with the microdermabrasion ( all services I have personally had done here) she left my face feeling clean and so smooth. I saw excellent results after just my first session of full face laser hair removal.

I really disliked this place alot. One of the ladies were really pushy and seemed money hungry and it turned me off alot. Im all about supporting businesses but it was too much for me. Because of covid they put me in a clear box to laser my armpits and i truly felt claustrophobic and couldn’t breath. Not to mention it smelled like burning hair and i had a mask on. Theyre excuse was because we were closer than 2 feet. I get my eyebrows done and lashes done and they dont do this, if you’re truly fearful of covid dont do services on the upper half of the body. I personally do not recommend this place and would do consults before you give them your money. Do research, something I didnt do.
