The staff at Gentle Touch Laser center is phenomenal. They are not only professional, but they’re very friendly as well. While undergoing my laser treatments, my technician makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Their schedule is very organized and they always make sure to notify me when I have an upcoming appointment. I would definitely suggest going here and getting rid of your hair problems. After even my first session, I was already noticing results! There are no words to describe how thrilled I am with the services they have provided.

Overall, I have had great results with the laser sessions that I have received from Gentle Touch. I started getting regular laser sessions with them a few years ago and the areas I treated are now practically hair free. There is occasionally some very light growth, but that is only to be expected. They do not promise complete removal, but reduction of growth. I am extremely happy with results and I consider this to have been one of my best investments. I love not having to shave at all for weeks at a time. I will say that my treatment was probably very successful because I have very dark hair and light skin, which tends to be the best combination for the laser’s ability to target the hair follicles. I recommend Gentle Touch wholeheartedly. While they can get very booked up when they run their Groupon specials, I have not had too much of a problem getting an appointment when I need one.

I’ve gone to Gentle Touch Laser in the past via a Groupon and was very satisfied with lots of hair reduction on my underarms. Then, I tried another place with a coupon as well, and have to say that after several treatments with the other place, I didn’t notice any hair reduction the way I had with Gentle Touch. Some places don’t have very effective lasers but you are still pay a lot for their services. I am happy to be back on track with Gentle Touch and look forward to great results. The staff are professional, courteous and the place is clean.

I have had nothing but good experiences here! I bought a Groupon package on a friends recommendation and continue to buy single sessions for touch-ups because the results have been so good. The technicians made me feel very comfortable and the laser is, in fact, gentle! (Well, as gentle as a laser zapping your hair follicles can be.) I was surprised to read bad reviews of the receptionist, the girl there now is fantastic.

Love this center – even the lobby is filled with humidified, aromatherapeutic air. Wonderfully rejuvenating. Carmen is fantastic – after two visits of laser hair removal, I’ve noticed significantly finer hair in treated areas, and less of it! Can’t wait to finish all six treatments. The treatments are very reasonably priced as well.

I love the front of house staff, they are friendly, chatty, and make the entire experience feel comfortable. The laser technician is amazing, I cannot say enough GREAT things about her. I have had laser before, and the results were spotty, and all over (due to the application technique and a sub-par machine). Here, the technician Gena (hopefully I spelled that right) went about the application in a grid, so I know every last hair was zapped.

I purchased a Groupon for six sessions on a small area. My experience at Gentle Touch was a good one. Though I was sometimes a bit rushed, I found the staff to be very flexible with scheduling my appointments and always courteous while performing the service. Hair growth is greatly diminished and not totally gone, but I was advised from the first session that this might be the case. Overall, I feel that I got a good value for the money and would return.

My wife and I came to Gentle Touch Laser about 8 months ago inquiring about laser hair removal after going to Pulse Laser from a groupon voucher. We didn’t see any results from our previous center after six sessions and wanted to seek services elsewhere. The owner at Gentle Touch Laser was one of few that could actually explain to us how laser worked and also why it wasn’t working at our last place. After meeting with Liz and doing a test on small areas, we felt confident and signed up for another package. Just three sessions later we saw a huge difference and immediately felt like we came to a professional center that knew how laser was done. Also we were explained that a certain laser was to be used on our skin and not older styles that they stopped using. This may explain why our results finally came from switching centers. I’ll say that it may be difficult getting an appointment last minute but all in all the customer service is very good and the owner shows passion about his business and his employees.
