Gentle Massage

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismIt was my first massage experience and it went bad. Before coming I called to the spa salon to learn about options in massages, terms of payment and quality. Of course I didn’t get what I wanted except the price of full body massage , because the speaker didn’t speak in English . Having my muscles pain and some friend’ s review made me to visit Gentle Spa. The massage therapist was a lady named Sofia. She barely spoke in English. Her massage seemed to me as harsh petting , she used her front side of arm as a tool. It hurt me. Then she started head massage. OMG ! It was the imitation of combing or itching. The full body massage at this spa deals nothing with professional massage. After 50 min torture I was glad that it ended. The boss lady came in and without asking of my liking or not rudely asked a payment immediately. She was also poorly speaking in English. I gave her $60 plus tip. The boss lady was angry with my tip. I was surrounded with two women who pushed me to pay more tips. Thinking of my safety I had to pay more tips even I haven’t seen any tips policy there. When I returned to home I felt myself as beaten than relaxed. And also I had bruises after this kind of massage.
