Gen is great at doing hair. She does what you ask but always makes it better than you imagined. She also will tell you if you ask for something your hair won’t do. I have been going to her for 10 years, and she has never raised her prices on me. I will never go anywhere else as long as she is in business.

Called to see about booking an appointment to get my nails done and was immediately told they don’t do walk ins even though that’s not even close to what I asked about. I was met with a snobby attitude over the phone and I refuse to ever step foot in this place based on how rude the woman who answered the phone was over simply asking to schedule an appointment. Not a very good way to run a business if you ask me.
