My senior father is a patient of Dr. Carpenter.I take him frequently for his condition.During visits my Dad ties her up with stories and questions, most not related to his condition, but she graciously listens to him.I’m sure this makes other patients have to wait and for that I am sorry.She’s a specialist who is thorough and caring.I’d rather wait for her knowing he is confident and in the best hands possible with her treatment.We appreciate her as our dermatologist.

Dr. Carpenter has been very kind and thorough and my family has been very happy with our treatments. It is however completely unacceptable to have patients wait 45-50 minutes to be seen. This is a consistent issue that could likely be rectified by implementing efficient scheduling procedures.

Emily slowly pushes you off. Refuses to help. Ignores your calls. Tells you you’re stupid. Makes you wait 4-6 months to be seen no matter how many tones you have been seen. Refuses you treatment if you tell her the meds are having side effects that you can not handle. Tells you you’re wrong when you say a certain med is causing mood swings or you to feel depressed. It’s not the meds fault even though there is proof that that meds causes those side effects.

My daughter (a minor) has been a patient here for several years. Expect to wait. The appointments regularly run an hour late. Also they book months in advance. The doctors and nursing staff are good, but I have had negative experiences with the receptionists. If there was a friendlier, more timely office nearby we would go there.

I’ve been a patient at this office for a couple of years. You can expect excellent treatment here. The staff are very cordial and efficient. I’ve read in these comments about long wait times. I almost wonder if I’m reviewing the same office. In all my time, as a patient at this office, I’ve never had to wait but a few mins. This place is excellent.

I have been a long-time patient of Geneva General Dermatology. Dr Lambert and her associates have provided me with very effective treatment in a courtious manner. Wait times are short. The facility is comfortable. All staff involved are friendly and considerate. Highly recommended.

The doctors & nurses here are wonderful. It’s the receptionists/ secretary who are disrectful . She ( Laura ) gave me a dirty look cos I didnt want my whole cell number read to me out loud . Why cant they just say last 4 digits.? When she asked for my insurance cards she first asked for one , then the other …all I said was why didnt u ask for both together. Another dirty look was given . Absolutely disgusting to represent your office . Put her in the back to answer phones . Shea old mayb early retirement is in order

One of the worse medical experiences I’ve ever had. Finally let the doctor talk me into coming here due to numerous skin problems.. Waited forever, got shoved into the exam room, waited more forever and then when the doctor finally did show up she stood on the other side of the room with her aide and barely even approached but to point at something once. How well are you going to diagnose anything from the other side of the room?!? Wrote me the standard prescription so she could get a coffer from the pharmaceutical companies and then disappeared again. Felt more like being oogled by a couple of sorority sisters than anything like medical assistance. I know you’ll be surprised by this but the prescription didn’t do a dang thing either not to mention the 3 problems she couldn’t even bother diagnosing or helping with…
