Tracey did a great job in duplicating the style I wanted from the pictures I had on my cell and I highly recommend her. It was awesome to be fit in on such a short notice, too. I could tell that she cared about the details in perfecting a style design. The other thing that was evident was her belief in hair health. She didn’t just buy products on trend that anyone can get, she bought products that were nourishing and only available to licensed style practioners. At first, I didn’t understand what the big deal was, but during my appointment I realized that the treatment you get at a salon SHOULD be different/more exceptional to how you care for your hair at home in between salon visits. After all, that is the service you’re paying for–quality products and styling. I’m hooked on Genesis Trendz!

Tracey was able to squeeze my daughter into her busy schedule on a holiday (labor day) with just 3 days notice. It was my (10,yr old) daughter first hair salon visit. My daughter is tender headed and was so nervous. I needed this appointment to go well so it wouldnt be our first and last. Lol. Tracey made my daughter very comfortable and asked her questions the whole time to make sure she was ok and that nothing hurt her. She even gave me hair advice for my daughter’s hair and suggested hair products for me to use. I appreciate the advice, and cant wait to try the things she recommended. My daughter’s got a wash, cut, deep condition and straighten. Her hair came out absolutely beautiful (Perfect) . My daughter loved it and nothing hurt her she said. She also says she will go back to Tracey. Yay. Tracey was very friendly, professional, and you can tell she loves what she does.
