I went in a few weeks ago as a walk-in and Corrie did my brow wax – no complaints. I made an appointment today for the same service and was sure to arrive a few minutes early. Corrie happened to be walking by when I walked in and said hi to me on her way to her area where she checked her appointment book and then disappeared. The other ladies working side-eyed me a few times but nobody offered help or said a word. After an hour of sitting there waiting like a fool I had to leave. Very disappointing.

Owner is super nice and got me in the same day I called! After not cutting my hair for over 10 years it was in rough shape, but luckily Annie brought my vision to life, created side bangs, cut 4 inches off, some layering and elimination of dead ends. Shes great and I’ll def be returning to genesis for some highlights in the near future.
