Basically happy with my results, but gave it only 3 stars due to the fact that 2 of my 4 appointments were canceled pretty last minute , 1 was my actual procedure appt that had been set up for weeks and had been worked into my own business scheduling, the other was 3 months post procedure check-up. As a business owner I know that things can happen, but twice to the same client when it’s something this important was a disappointment for sure. I had planned to join their monthly plan for facials and such and also was considering another more involved procedure , similar to the first, but honestly can’t chance my schedule being wrecked again. If you live close and have a very flexible schedule, you might be a better fit than me.
