Rick is an excellent massage therapist! He has extensive knowledge of the human body and is extremely accommodating! I was dealing with some neck and shoulder tightness that would give me the occasional numbness and tingling in my hands. After Rick worked on me, my neck and shoulders feel great! Went for approximately a year. Classes were nice and the trainers were sweet. The owners are not customer focused. They add and delete classes based on what is best for them. When I had a surgical procedure with a doctor’s note that says you can’t work out, they continued to bill me. I tried calling them 4 times to resolve this. I always got their voice mail with no returned call, so I stopped by to see them. They said I didn’t follow “procedures,” and that’s why I continued to get billed and was told to leave the premises. I did everything I was told to do by the manager so I have no idea what they are talking about. This happened to another friend of mine as well. All I can say is beware of their contract and read it throughly before you sign up because it will be difficult to suspend or get out of it.
