Do not go here for laser hair removal. I had a groupon and it was fine. At my last appointment they sole me a “lifetime” guarantee and since then I have not been able to book an appointment. They keep telling me they don’t have a machine, yet they are still taking people’s money and selling groupons.

Purchased a voucher for laser hair removal. I have called multiple times to get it scheduled. They have only answered twice since October. They originally told me they were waiting on a new machine and that it would be there by dec. and to leave my name and number so they could reach out when it’s in. January came and I’ve called multiple times and they never answer. I’ve even left voicemail. This place is a scam and will never get back to you!!!
