Went for my first visit two weeks ago and Carla did a fantastic job! She was professional, fun, and attentive to what I requested of her as far as my hair style went. She also suggested tips for styling fine/thin hair – which were very helpful when I went to fix my “new-do” the next day. I highly recommend her!

The stylist decided to cancel my appointment with out giving me a notice, drove 40 mins for nothing. The shop had the open sign on but was locked up. Unprofessional and sloppy. I’m not sure how well they do hair but their customer service needs work.

I called the salon and explained to Jeanie Morse that I had a hair emergency and asked if they had time for a walk in appointment. Without hesitation she said yes and within 20 minutes I was welcomed into a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere without fear of losing what was left of my hair! Went there for a hair cut and color and I walked in and a ladie named Jeanie was very rude. Snappy towards me when I asked questions. I talked to my stylist about her and then she told me that she was a co-owner. Was very shocked that a co-owner talked to a customer that way. I don’t recommend coming here unless you already know your stylist. I won’t be doing a walk in there again.
