I loved my experience today. The place is super cute. Gracie did an amazing job. First, she fit me into her busy schedule last minute. Second, after showing her just a few pics of what I wanted, she gave me exactly what I wanted but better. She made helpful suggestions that really made for a fantastic haircut. Gracie’s style and experience shine through. It’s been along time since I’ve loved my hair. I really LOVE my hair!! Thank you for such a great appointment.

I will be visiting the area very soon and had planned to get a cut/style while there. I usually ask friends for recommendations but when I saw my friend’s hair I had to ask who butchered it so I would be sure to steer clear of them. She said Stephanie at genesis did it and I was shocked after seeing all the positive reviews. I would never ever set foot in this place after seeing her hair and the mess she made. The fact that they won’t even refund her money after doing this horrible work makes me want to run from this place and tell everyone that the reviews cannot possibly be real. Do not go here if you value your hair.

My mother was extremely disappointed And upset in tears over her hair experience. She even contacted the lady Stephanie who cut and colored it telling her how upset and unhappy she was with it and all she would do for her was give her a store credit. She even tried to say after my mother sent her photos of how awful it was that “her hair looked great!” I will tell you it definitely did not. And anyone would look at the photos and agree! She will never step foot in there again and now has to go somewhere else to have it fixed because it’s so awful. The cut was soooooo choppy and not even and the color was just as much terrible with not being even and spotchy.

Absolutely amazing. Very polite and accommodating. Friendly. Nothing bad to say. I been going for years. From taking my grandmother who needed extra help and they always went above and behind helping her. My daughter loves it. And myself. Highly recommended.
