Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe precision cut Rich does on my hair is by far the best I’ve had in 20 years. My husband and I move frequently due to his career and after living in the area since 2014 and trying a multitude of salons, Rich nailed it. My hair is fine but there is a lot of it and to top it off, it’s quite curly, kinky, wavy and unruly. The salons / stylists I tried prior to finding Genesis did cuts that were so-so and I resigned myself to the fact that I would never receive a satisfactory cut and that I will forever wear my hair in a pony tail, a chignon or hidden under a hat. I occasionally speak in public and my biggest concern was never about my topic or my ability to convey my point but it was always about how dreadful my hair looked. I’ve been going to Genesis for about 9 months… every 6 weeks and my confidence has skyrocketed. My husband and I move frequently due to his career and after living in the area since 2014 and trying a multitude of salons, Rich nailed it.
