Look, guys, at this point I’ve gotten my hair cut all around the globe and I’m not exaggerating when I say Gene gives a world class cut. I think the professionalism, atmosphere, overall vibe, conversation, value for your money and killer fades put Gene’s Grooming Lounge a “cut” above. (I’m sorry, I can’t not) As with most things in life, you get what you pay for, but I think with Gene, you’re getting a little more. I think his quality is higher than anyone around and the prices are lower. You can’t beat it. Also, this is a small veteran-owned business, and I think that’s that’s important too. Gene’s the man.

Gene is awesome! Never been to a proper barber before but he was easy to talk to and figured out what I like and then made it happen. The shop atmosphere is laid back and a cool place to chill. I felt super welcomed. I highly recommend this place! Give them a look and don’t be afraid to ask questions about something you want, Gene and his team will make it happen!!

Brandon is so awesome!! He takes care of my baby boy, as well as the hubby and oldest son, to the fullest. He is patient with him and gets it right and tight everytime. When I say I will always follow him, unless high miles, I will always follow him!! Best barber I have found!

Positive: ProfessionalismI’m glad everyone enjoys Gene’s talent and his great shop! I should take credit for that. You see, I was his test dummy as kids. He is my cousin and we grew up together in Miami. He would always cut my hair on the front porch with an old set of clippers. Word got out that he was a decent teen barber and the other neighborhood kids would come and get their haircuts too. My mom would get on our cases for leaving so much hair out front and we would have to hose it down after every cut. Those were the good times. Glad Gene has improved his skills….his fades weren’t always as smooth at age 14. Congrats on your shop Gene, and on building a great relationship with you your clients!
