Visited for the 1st time. Staff was very nice and helpful. Louise (may have spelled his name incorrectly) did a great job on his hair cut. He said he wanted it to be perfect! He loves it thank you and we’ll see you again.

This was my 1st time at this place just moved here from Kansas city 3 weeks ago and this my 1st haircut since moving here. The barber who cut my hair was trash. I think his name was Joseph or jo something like that. He was like the 2nd or 3rd chair to the left once you walked in. I asked for a line and a tapered. He gave me a skin fade on the sides and slight ball spot in the back of my head. Uneven line and didnt any line up my beard all the way and then had the nerves to charge me $25 for a fade and a line and I didnt even ask for a fade. I didnt put up a fight or nothing just paid and left. Cause I look at it like this, this how you make your money you got to impress the customer the 1st time so you can keep his business, ok to mess up 10-15 cuts down the road but not the 1st. And they say support black businesses, but they all about the money not the quality. I want quality for my money. I won’t be going there again..

My 2 year old needed his 1st haircut and his lil cousin had just done his hair there so I called ahead of time to see if I can do a walk in or make an appointment, guy on the phone said “no, we’re taking walk-ins right”. We got there and no one acknowledged us, they were all focused on the football game instead of taking care the customers in front of them or the next one waiting on them.. after 2 and a half hours of waiting and asking everyone do our son’s hair we decided to go home as our son as could you imagine was irritated and we had no more time to waste. I saw their work and majority of them is good but customer service is nonexistent, if you didn’t already have a barber, 1st timers aren’t welcome.

Went to forest. He was accommodating in that he sat me later than the appointment. I told him I wanted a drop fade and keep everything else. Without warning, he just starts cutting and cuts a large chunk of my Afro off. Then when I realized this, he says “you wanted to keep that look? My bad”. I wanted to walk out. This is barbershop 101.

I put 1 star because there is zero star. Worst barbwr shop place in America. I was in hurry and went there for a haircut. I don’t even have much to cut.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here back in 2018 and the haircut was terrible and everyone was rude. Fast forward to now, i decided to give them a chance again but guess what? nothing has changed. They all have inflated egos and god complexes when they are mediocre at best at haircuts. They will be rude, cancel appointments last minute, ignore walk-ins, etc. Not to mention, they knock your HEAD off with pricing. Some barbers go up to $40. They are a joke and the barbers are awful at cutting as well as attitude wise.I STRONGLY recommend to stay away from this place… this is if you can even get an appt with them.I went here back in 2018 and the haircut was terrible and everyone was rude. We were here for the weekend and my son needed a haircut. We had to wait but that was expected because we were a walk-in. I forgot to catch my guys name but he’s the first chair when you hit the door. He was able to squeeze us in between his appointments. He cut my son’s hair just like I requested. If we’re ever in the area and need a haircut, this will be our stop.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe barbers are rude af, they treat walk-ins like a burden instead of a customer. There is no communication or organization when it comes to walk ins, and I’ve received 2 bad haircuts where my line was butchered.
