Both mine and my wife’s artists (Kevin and Devon) were great. Everyone besides the lady at the front desk were very friendly. The lady that started getting our licenses was pretty rude and priced our tattoos at $400 each although they were only going to take 30 minutes each. At this point a lady came up yo the counter and said she’s the manager and dropped the price by half. The first lady did seem to lighten up when we started talking about the concert we had been rained out of as she had been as well. Overall it was a good experience but had the manager not shown up when she did we would have walked out.

The experience was amazing!!! Everyone was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable enough to put a needle to my body!!! I highly recommend going and checking it out!!! Very nice place.. got a tattoo on hand. It was to light went back to see what they could do for me as I was leaving in 2 days. The guy that did my tattoo hooked me up outlined it and colored it in darker and fixed the issue no questions asked. The owner is very nice and respectful. Helped me make decisions so it would look nice. Love that place..

Went in to get my nose pierced today. the older lady at the front counter around 4pm today was extremely rude and seemed in a hurry to get me done and out. Even though there was no one else in there. I got no cleaning or care instructions or anything and was just sent out the door once pierced. The guy that pierced me with the beard and cheek piercing was nice and extremely kind.

tattoo artist was so good!!! so friendly! lady at front overcharged 400 for a tattoo so that we could negotiate to 200 which was still expensive for the tiny tattoos we got but made it seem like it was a good negotiated price. she ripped us off and we have to tip before the tattoo is done? i got an entire vine sleeve on my arm for 250?! lady at the front was rude

i had a very poor experience at generation x last night. i had decided to go with a couple of my friends who were also getting piercings and got my cartilage done. i had gone and gotten my nose pierced here in march and it was a great experience, however this time, the ladies at the front desk were very unwelcoming and cold, and i had to pay before the piercing, 100 for two cartilage piercings. our piercer, tom, seemed very unsure of what he was doing, and had to re pierce my ear because he had made a mistake. i had got my cartilage done before, and it was nothing like this. today, it wont stop dripping blood, and is very swollen and bruised. my friend’s cartilage is nothing like mine, and it felt like a huge waste of 100 dollars, especially if im going to need to take these studs out. the entirety of my experience was just a nightmare. i’m definitely going to choose a different spot for my future piercings and tattoos :/
