Just had one of the WORST customer service interactions I’ve ever had at a business in Maryland. I recently purchased a hot tub and was looking for supplies to treat the water. While they did not have exactly what I was looking for, I was able to find most of what I should need. However, When asking about a certain alkalizer’s strength (because I wanted to compare it to what I was recommended instead) I was talked down to and told that alkalinity and pH are two entirely different things, and that I will have to buy something to increase the alkalinity and pH, which I know is incorrect. And when I voiced confusion, they only talked down to me more. Employees will make recommendations on things they don’t know what they’re talking about, and I would caution talking to them about anything.

Yesterday, I went to the store to have my pool water tested because we could not get rid of algae in our salt water pool after weeks of trying everything.The young lady who helped me gave me step by step instructions to remove the algae.
