GEM is by far the best nail salon in Pasadena area. You are always greeted when you come in and leave. Ann and Tina are amazing and always helpful! Ther owner and techs are friendly and outgoing and knowledgeable! Ann is a great nail artist and knows how to match colors! I wouldn’t go any were else then Gem Nails. Today was so needed TY Kimanh Nguyen for the Jelly pedicure I loved it. Thank you for always doing great designs and finding the right color for me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Generally my experience here was enjoyable. The women doing my nails was very polite and I was in and out within a reasonable time. The only reason I wouldn’t give the establishment five stars is because they tried to over charge my mother and I. And once they were called out on their error they did not apologize and ignored the issue. It’s a shady business practice and I was very disappointed. Make sure you check the prices of coming here.
