They understand your needs, and strive for excellence, in an overall friendly, professional and pleasant atmosphere they treat their Clients like family. The salon is clean no frills, the prices are reasonable. Superior customer service!! I am writing this review in reference to a call I placed to inquire about the cost of a wash & blow dry. I was told that it was $30 instead of the $20 rate as listed on Yelp for Wed. & Sun.’s. I was informed that they stopped offering the discounted rate and did not know how to change it. I believe that this presents bad business skills on their part and even worse customer skills during the holidays. This review is based entirely on my own personal opinion and another salon will be profiting from my services. Thank you.
