I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Has not even been a week and Ive had two nails brake already. The thumb broke the next day I got them done, went in to get it fixed and one of the women had an attitude, I also waiting 30 minutes just for them to fix ONE nail didn’t leave until an hour later. The other nail cracked where my meat is and that was just a few days later! So frustrated. Never going there again.

My best friend is getting married. She paid $100+ for her nails. And DID NOT GET WHAT SJE ASKED FOR. They didn’t ask her what kind of pedicure she wanted or lotion her feet or legs . Her finger nails were uneven.. literally how? And didn’t look anything like what she described (French tip with jewels) They were gonna let her leave completely unsatisfied. There was one lady who was willing to help her. She completely redid her full set, in 20 minutes mind you, and it was much better. Don’t show up with high expectations for anything important.

This morning I had an appointment at 11. Your salon didnt open until 11:10. I understand things happen so it didn’t bother me. What did bother me was how rude the people were there. Especially the person that did my nails. It was like i was bothering her for being there. I went to another place two days ago and didn’t like my nail color so I thought it would be best to go somewhere else. So I decided to go to Gem Nails, I was optimistic but this morning was a horrible experience. Also, my nails look terrible. The nails were not painted evenly so there are spots of my nails that are lighter than other spots. I wasted $30 , just for a color change and I would be able to let that go but how rude the person was in the morning I will never forgive that. I won’t be going back and I will make sure to tell my friends and family so they don’t have to deal with that same experience.
