New owners, but still great nails!! ALWAYS ask for Hana to do your nails. She’s the best!! She takes her time, always shapes my nails perfectly, and does the designs I ask for perfectly. I will only ask for Hana to do my nails from now on! The woman that did my pedicure was awesome and very gentle, she took her time as well and did not rush. Great service, I’m only giving 4 stars because the price was very expensive even though they gave me 10% off for their grand opening.

I went to this place before they changed, ownership, or changed the name, and had a really great experience! I recently went back, hoping to get the same quality experience, and was sorely disappointed. I waited roughly 45 minutes, probably longer, to be seen by anyone. When I walked in initially, they asked what services I wanted, and had me take a seat. I was left sitting like I said for 45 minutes before someone came over with the nail color menu. I opted to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I had two broken nails, and the woman was able to fix them with acrylic. Overall, the shaping on the manicure was off. I didn’t notice initially but upon a more thorough inspection, they are still humps in my nails and not all tips have been evenly shaped. I do not recall how many layers are typically done for gel manicure however, this time I only had two layers. My nails only lasted about 7 to 10 days before they started peeling up from the edges and they’re extremely flimsy and flexible unlike the gel nails that I am used to. The person who did my pedicure give a sub-par and completely unsatisfying foot massage. He did not cut my toenails evenly and the Polish started coming off around Day 4. I’ve never went to a place, and had to pay for gel removal, but this place charges $10, FYI. I’m not sure if these two were lazy or rushing, or need new nail polish. I’m really disappointed because I thought I found a great manicure spot where the quality matched the price, in my local neighborhood. I will keep hunting! Please reach out if you know of a better spot for gel nails, customer service means a lot to me.

Terrible experience. The technician was inconsistent and ignored my concerns. Only got a full set acrylics and took nearly two hours. I got two hang nails and one got super infected. Even after being visibly upset she still did nothing to make the experience better.
