I’ve been coming here for months now and am always so happy with the manicures and pedicures. Every time I come in, the staff are so welcoming. This time I came to get dip powder on my short natural nails. Annie was great, she was very gentle with my nail care and was friendly. They have a great selection of dip powder colors for a reasonable price, their manicure services are the best. I highly recommend Annie.

Tasha is the new owner of this salon and she’s fantastic! I followed her from her previous place of work because she is THAT good! Her work is clean, and meticulous and always takes her time when she does my nails. I usually get gel manicures with her and they last me so long! I’ve had the worst experience from a and who wants to go a place where you have to put a $20 deposit down before you even enter into the salon nail shop with customer service and lack of skills of doing pedicures. So stay away from this place. They used to be good but they’re not good anymore. The owner is a very nasty, not nice person at all.

The booking was on point, my questions were answered fast. Overall the service was great. Loved the techs, Courtney did my toes and the massage was long and great. Really needed it after so long not having them done after a bruised toe I had. Anh was so great and sweet she finished my toes with the top coat. Got to her table for my full set. My nails are cute I have gotten several compliments. I was a little annoyed because the chrome started to peel off a bit on the corners. Oh and did I mention the nice touch with the heated pad on my shoulder and massage chairs. I would def be coming back, its close to my home. The gentle men was on point with assisting the techs. It was Courts second day and my toes look cute and feel soft!

I’d assume after multiple bad experiences, the salon would recognize its faults and attempt to improve in those specific aspects. It was a repetitive process for me, mostly because I am very understanding and am aware this is a business that has just started. From uneven nails, to an hour wait, to not listening to my request, to spending FOUR HOURS at this location for a pedicure and full set… I have never felt so disrespected by a business before. My time was not valued. I am upset I even gave this location more than one chance. I waited about an hour to get my nails done, just for the technician to not do my nails as requested. I did not get anything complicated therefore I did not expect to be in there for four hours. This business CANNOT handle all the traffic they receive and do not have the customer service I thought they had. It’s embarrassing paying so much money to get your nails done, just to have to go home and file them yourself. Disappointed, will not go back.
