Hannah did my nails and pedicure today and they are perfect!! She’s done my nails and pedicure because I make an appointment with her, she is gentle, and doesn’t tear your cuticles up like Modish does or she doesn’t glue your nails to your skin like they do and you have to deal with tearing the skin off. They are very polite and personable at Gem and Hannah never rushes, you show her picture and she can do it. Love this place and they are very clean. Thank you Hannah♥‿♥

So I went to get a fill and had lost 3 nails within a week of getting them on. The lady doing my nails was great however the 3 she put back on we’re all shorter then the others and the gel was lumpy. It started peeling right away and was all over my cuticles and some on my hand. I contacted the salon to try and get them fixed and they responded and asked what day I wanted to get them fixed they responded once or twice and then never responded after I told them the day I wanted to come in. So it’s 1 star purely for the lack of response and general bad experience

Went in for 10 year anniversary gift for us. The facility is clean and equipment is new and good working order. Thought I was overcharged but Mastercard gift card charges an extra hold of 20%. I went in and they were quick to help me figure out it was my end. Def would go back!!
