I had my 1st experience with Nicole this evening. But let me start by saying that I was calling for a same day appointment, and Nicole was over accommodating with my small window schedule. When I arrived, Nicole was so warm and welcoming (even when I invaded her evening with my need of a last minute appointment for my first at the spa). As we began my facial and microdermabrasion session…. Nicole was descriptive, knowledgeable with all the products, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and got me perfectly ready for my 25 class reunion. Donna gave me the best facial I have ever had, hands down. She also did anti aging techniques on me that plumped my lips and basically gave me a natural facelift. Sarah was professional and friendly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and address them with care. Halfway through the facial, I knew I’d buy the multi facial package I saw advertised by the door because of how good her service was. I had extractions and microdermabrasion done along with a coffee mask to hydrate. The result? Soft glowing skin!

For anybody that is going for the first time, ask at the front desk of Los Cab for an escort or a map to find the the spa since its in the back of the grounds. Beyond that Holly is great to work with and always takes her time with you. It never feels like you are getting the “bum’s rush”. I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. Also try the massage…all the girls are wonderful. I highly recommend it!
