Critical: Punctuality, ValueI didn’t mind that I waited a half hour to be seen after my scheduled time. The staff was cordial. However, the gel polish make my nails look too thick and the sides and very tips had no polish! It was $55 just for a cut down and acrylic fill in with gel polish!!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first experience and I was beyond shocked. Everything was wrapped up and everyone was separated, everyone wore masks because of covid. You could smell how clean it was when you walked in. And I saw them remove the plastic and clean and put down new plastic when Someone who got a pedicure was done. The nice gentlemen who did my nails also I saw clean and new equipment and the nice gentlemen who did my nails today did an amazing job. They actually close at 5pm instead of 7pm. This was my first experience and I was beyond shocked. Everything was wrapped up and everyone was separated, everyone wore masks because of covid. You could smell how clean it was when you walked in. And I saw them remove the plastic and clean and put down new plastic when Someone who got a pedicure was done. The nice gentlemen who did my nails also I saw clean and new equipment and the nice gentlemen who did my nails today did an amazing job. They actually close at 5pm instead of 7pm. Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in and asked for full set of nails today. Sony was very rude and didn’t take time to even look at my nails before telling me he didn’t have time. Kind of hurtful and disappointing since I have a wedding to officiate today and there weren’t many customers in the shop. I’ve attempted to rationalize his rudeness and not make assumptions… but, as a business owner, I understand you can refuse to give service to anyone you want…. still baffled….Walked in and asked for full set of nails today.
