Worst place ever. Charged me and didn’t even tell me why until we got the bill. Sets say 25$ but if you want gel polish it’s 10 dollars extra. If you want a different shape of the nail they charge extra. I recommend creative nails that’s just a block down. Better prices and better service. If it’s Sunday wait one more day and go to Creative Nails. So much better. I promise. My friend had to go and get her nail fixed because she didn’t get them filed and painted right. It’s like they rush the service so they can get more people and they don’t think about the customers just about the money they’re getting. Didn’t even have the kind of nail acrylics I wanted. Don’t waste your time or money when there’s a better place 2 plazas down.

Not very nice. Everything I wanted the lady said she couldn’t do. Ombre glitter or Ombre clear to build up on any color. She just didn’t want to do the work. She even complained about me having to start with fresh acrylics because she couldn’t put glitter powder for my fill ins. Everything I tried to do she said she couldn’t. I would not recommend this place unless you want solid colors.

Critical: Professionalismi went for the first time to get my nails done , they came out horrible , she didn’t even let them dry all the way , they got messed up and i got charges so much money just for a simp color and they weren’t even pretty , and they broke off the first week. And the lady that did my nails was so rude and aggressive.

I was visiting from out of town and the nail place with a better rating had an hour wait. So I came here instead. The facility isn’t exactly great but the woman who did my nails was really friendly, liked to gossip, and made me feel welcome! I got an acrylic set removed and a new set put on. Well my thumb nail broke the very next day, on my way home of course. And then my other thumb the next day. Then my middle finger a week later. I have NEVER had nails break off so easily and I was NOT even doing anything that wild that would justify them breaking so easily.

I loved going here to have the younger man do my nails I’m picky so he always does the best job I won’t go anywhere else. Well. Today he wasn’t there so I had the younger girl Jackie do my nails and the are horrible!!! I don’t like the acrylic thick and of course 2 nails were so thick and there was a bunch of acrylic under my. Nails meanwhile the whole time she was doing them she rushed and didn’t listen to a thing I said. Went back in to have her fix them and she had the nerve to tell me it was because of the Polish I picked out and she didn’t even paint them the color I wanted. And half of 2 of my nails don’t have polish on them. She then started getting loud and made a big deal out of it. Needless to say I got my $ back and will never go there AGIAN she sucks and is very rude. Please do not go there!

I must say, every nail salon will have both good and bad reviews. It was my first time getting a medium full set done with them, and it will definitely be my last. Never in my life have I ever felt so miserable and disappointed at the same time. My nails looked as if I had got them done three weeks in advance, I was so dejected to know that I just spent $50 and I wasn’t satisfied.

I got a gel pedicure done here. The gentleman that did my nails was outstanding and worked hard to make sure he did a good job. He offered me a water and added extra coats to make sure the color showed up well. I would highly recommend!
