I called in the morning to make an appointment and they told me just to come in. When I arrived, there were 4 people in front of me waiting so I asked how long. The woman told me, “I have no idea, just come back.” When I asked her how long until I come back she said, “I have no idea, just come back.” They do not seem able to handle clients or make appointments, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

The lady told me it would be $45 for acrylics. They asked me if I wanted gel polish or not and I asked how much it would be and they said $45 still. The man was very rough and was filing so fast he scratched himself on my nail and then got mad and smacked my hand with the file. My daughter got her nails painted with regular polish and they said it was five dollars. When we were all finished the guy said it would be $65 for me and $5.75 for my daughter. He then ran out the front door leaving me in the store with only a child so I couldn’t say anything about the price. I paid and left. The nails were too long, they were Long squares and not coffin, and they were crooked.

The lady put my fingers in water for about 3 seconds, then filed my nails all10 in about that many seconds. Then I waited another 15 minutes for the man to paint them. They looked pretty bad. I could see the nails around the edges like you’d expect a week after. Never again! Worst mani ever! And 2 nails peeled off in 4 days! I paid for a gel manicure and my appointment was for 5pm. They finally got to me at 5:50. The lady put my fingers in water for about 3 seconds, then filed my nails all10 in about that many seconds. Then I waited another 15 minutes for the man to paint them. They looked pretty bad. I could see the nails around the edges like you’d expect a week after. Never again! Worst mani ever! My friend had to wait 15 minutes for someone to begin her nails and when the owner, Cindy, did her nails she never asked what shape or length. She just assumed and started working on her nails. My friend also asked for a specific color on her one nail and she didn’t do that for her. While Cindy was doing her nails, she made a very ignorant, inappropriate and unprofessional comment to my friend about her fingers. They are also very rough while working on your nails. I have always went to gel nails any time I got my nails done, but I will no longer be going here. I have recommended this nail place to many people but I will not do that anymore after this poor experience. They also upped their prices and the quality is not worth what they charge. My friend and I went to Gel nails on Tuesday, Jan 18th. I asked for coffin and got long square. My nails are also not filed evenly. My friend had to wait 15 minutes for someone to begin her nails and when the owner, Cindy, did her nails she never asked what shape or length. She just assumed and started working on her nails. I really like the place. Because they don’t try and speak English to you. They ask u to point at what u want them do there thing so I listen to podcasts. I have used it a number of times price never seems to be the same price even though I get the same thing mani pedi. But last time I was there they told me I had to go get cash from atm. I said it wasn’t my bank can I just use my card to save all the charges I’d get. She told me she’d do it this time but if I wanted to come back I had to have cash. My only thought was how can I when the price changes from person to person.
