Critical: Quality, ValueI wish I could give a better review but I just can’t bring myself to it. I’ve been going to this salon for over 2 years, I use to go every two weeks exactly simply out of convenience cause it’s 2 minutes from my house and my old salon is 40 minutes away. There has only been a handful of times I’ve been truly happy with my nails. Every time I go the price is never the same. This is confusing to me because I don’t get designs because this salon is awful and can not do even the most simplest of designs. I always tip exceptionally well, we’re talking well over 20% each time, even when I’m unhappy with the service. My most recent visit though takes the cake and is the reason I will never step back into this establishment. A few of my nails were lifting and I needed them fixed the lady proceeded to pop off all my nails using a nail tip. In the process of removing them she put a giant hole in my natural nail causing me to bleed, I should’ve walked out right then but again convenience. Begrudgingly I paid the $55 she said and walked out. 3 days later the nail a chunk of acrylic came off the edge of my pointer. A couple days after that my thumb that had the hole in my natural nail cracked horizontal right where my damaged nail is.
