I used to speak highly of this place. Lately not so much. The last several times I’ve come, the quality has been bad. I can tell they are trying to rush through clients now, yet charge the same, if not more. Photos are of what I showed him I wanted… and are of what I got. I expressed this and was called anal… Amy did try to make it right.

I have been coming here for years. I used to come with my husband before he passed away and they always treated him very nicely and accommodated his disability. Today I went to get a mani-pedi with my granddaughter, who is eight. They treated her very nicely and she had a wonderful time. When we left my toes were still wet and I scraped my big toe on the car door getting in. I went back inside and they redid my toe without a problem. The staff is friendly, the cost is the same as everywhere, and the work is great. I would definitely recommend going there.

Where has this place been all my life! So relaxing and calming in this salon, not like other area salons. Splurged for the upgraded pedi and it was the most relaxing pedi I’ve ever had. More like at an expensive salon. Never going back to my old salon.

The employees will talk bad about you in their language in front of you to other employees if you complain. They are extremely unprofessional and rude, every time I come to this location I try to give them a chance even though I know the outcome. I have came multiple times, and every time I come they mess up my nails. They always round my nails even when I don’t ask for it, the polish has streaks in it every time they paint my nails, and they always file my nails weird, leaving cuts and uneven nails with bumps on them and the sides are always filed differently on each hand leaving my nails looking awful. This place is always consistent on being the worst nail place I have ever been to.

They did a good job on my nails, but they’re overpriced on everything, I didn’t even get anything special, just silver and black French tips and don’t give you a price before they start doing your nails….I guess that was my fault cause I didn’t ask

I have been in search for a good nail salon in the North Las Vegas area and so far Gel Nails has been the best place for me. Their prices are reasonable and their work is very good. When I went in I had no appointment but they seated my Mom and I right away. They took their time and all in all did a very nice job. My technician was Kim I highly recommend her.

I went to Gel Nails two weeks ago, and I’m still very happy with my nails! I got a classic pedicure (regular polish) which still has not peeled or chipped at all, and I also got a gel manicure which has started to grow out but has not peeled or chipped either. And it was $55 for both which is not too bad!

Nice work but waaaaaaay too pricey. I ended up paying more for my fill, polish & 2 finger nail design then I did getting a full set & multiple designs with gel polish & matte highlight. I guess it’s the difference between east (PA) & west (Vegas) pricing on services. If I didn’t need it so I was presentable for my granddaughter’s graduation I would have waited until I returned to Pennsylvania. I did appreciate their COVID protocols of mask, washing hands upon entry but I didn’t see much after that. Overall, a nice experience.

Came here to do my manicure and pedicure for my upcoming wedding and at first the lady that attended me was doing an ok job on my feet later they brought in a guy to take over..I guess hes the one that knows how to do certain designs..well long story short.. the guy that took over to do my manicure didnt clean my nails and cuticles..the design was ok but a little too bulky..but the acrylic nail was way too thick on both mani and pedi, also a lil crooked and uneven.. he didnt pay much attention to detail and overall i dont think I’ll come back .
