I had recently been to a nail salon in Baton Rouge and had a bad experience. I work 12-hour shifts and have a hard time getting to the nail shops before they close. Before my shift ended I made a phone call and spoke to the lady at gel nails and she said for me to come when I got off work she would stick around for me. She redid my whole set of nails and from start to finish I was completely satisfied. She is a wonderful lady, very professional, and she makes sure her customers are well taken care of. I love this place and will go there from now on.
