I had been here several times for braids and I even referred others to her business. I went in one day and she up charged me 60 additional dollars for the same style I always get without informing me about it in the beginning. Bad for Business. I will never go again and I will inform others about what happened and tell them to go somewhere else that is much more professional. As a matter of fact, go see Flo at The Braiding Place in Elgin. She is awesome and will treat you better with reasonable prices!
