I’ve had the BEST post-operative massage therapy experience with Ashlie! Immediately following my tummy tuck and brachioplasty surgery, I scheduled 10 sessions of lymphatic drainage massages. These massages are very important and highly recommended by surgeons after such extensive procedures. A lymphatic massage is basically a massage technique that helps your body move out the excess fluids that your body creates to heal itself. It helps soooo much with swelling and pain, too. Lymphatic drainage massages accelerate the healing process up to 50-75%, and they truly make a difference in how you feel after surgery! I loved my massages and looked forward to going to them 🙂 Ashlie is very skilled and knowledgeable; I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. She is also kind and cool to chat with. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Geaux massage — make sure you book with Ashlie though, she’s great!

I am a macramé artist, so I am constantly standing with my arms extended in weird positions. This causes some very sore muscles and even more painful knots.
