I always make an appointment before I come. Ever since Covid they have taken appointments before walk-ins. I I always select any available stylist when making my appointment… I have never had the same girl cut my hair there ever…. So the fact they assign me to someone made my choice of any available stylist pointless. Well they chose to take multiple walk-in before me. I understand they were waiting too…. Which on the list it clearly said they didn’t have an appointment (I can read). I can’t Fathom what making an appointment is for if you’re taking walk-ins before appointments? Definitely will be looking elsewhere to get my haircut going forward.
