Angel, the fact that you find the need to respond to all of your negative reviews with your defense armor on instead of taking everything in and using it as constructive criticism is just a lack of professionalism. I have read some of the other negative reviews and it’s sad how you push back other’s opinions of the service they have received and make put it back on them. I have said it once to you, replying to these reviews in the manner you are responding, makes you look bad. I hope you will learn from this and maybe think before you respond to someone’s review!!!!I am extremely disappointed with the customer service or lack there of, As a consumer there is a certain level of professionalism that you expect when using a certain establishment. That is not the case for this particular incident, Angel the barber who was scheduled to cut my hair was completely unprofessional, I had a appointment scheduled and was tied up in traffic I called to notify him that I was caught in a accident and would be about 5 mins late, he stated that wouldn’t be a problem. I arrived exactly 5 mins after my scheduled appointment time only to find out he canceled my appointment even after speaking to me and stating it was “ok” then proceeded to still charge me. I understand showing up late without communicating and being charged even after communicating he canceled and charged me. All of this I can understand if he was prompt, never made me to wait or cancel on me and not inform me. It’s sad that as a loyal customer, he has treated a customer in such a way. I was extremely disappointed of the entire outcome of this situation. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT OR SCHEDULE WITH THIS BARBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Update!
