So I wanted my hair TRIMMED and have low lights put in. What I got was 5 inches taken off without my permission and not to mention it my hair is now uneven… and then I wanted to go darker and they did a full head of highlights… my hair is super thin and now bridal… I cried all the way home, and not to mention they got my shirt absolutely soaked while they rinsed all the bleach in my hair. Critical: Quality, ValueShe is over price she tells you she will charge one price and she changes once she done w/your hair to another price! She practically fried my hair and will never come back! Critical: QualityWould not recommend for highlights. My highlights came out not what I was expecting. The highlights on the front of my head are uneven and some start at about 1/2 inch down from the root and the other side of my head almost 2 inches down.
