Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI recently joined the threading family as salons before have torn hair off with waxing. I’ve been here three times. All within 6 months because my eyebrows take time to grow back. Love the energy and professionalism.UPDATE: I will never be returning to this location .made an appointment on line like ALWAYS ! And Lisa decides to give me an attitude when I say I can’t wait for someone else as I’m in a time crunch. I made an appointment so I don’t understand how this was an issue. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have visited GBS Threading over the last 3 years and during that time Tulsi became my go to person. Over the last month I noted Tulsi was not present and was told she was out sick and will not be in for a few weeks. Another employee threaded my eyebrows; however, it was not to my liking.I visited today 5/6/2021, and I noted once again Tulsi was not there, I naturally asked about her whereabouts and was informed by two employees present whose name I do not know (either Binda, Sunita, Srijana, Kopila) in which one stated “she is out of for a few months”. I immediately became concerned and thought she was in the hospital or something bad happened. I wanted to offer my condolences and asked if I could provide a get-well gift card or a gift to give to Tulsi, they said yes and asked, “when I can drop it off”, I informed them I would be back today with the gift.They offered their services again, however, I declined due to my previous disappointment, I left the facility, and on my way to obtain said gift card, I googled another eyebrow threading near me. I stumbled upon Unique eyebrow threading and decided to take the risk therefore, I made a pit stop prior to getting the gift card.Upon entering and a nice lady walked up behind me and said my name, I turned around and noticed it was TULSI. I almost cried, she was professional as always and did not provide details about her new employment.I want to say, DO NOT VISIT GBS Threading, as they lack integrity, principles, and professionalism.PS.
