I been there 2 times before and everything was good, but today I took my mom for the first to do full face cleaning $40. When katiba was done my mom face there were few hair left on my mom face. I told her to take them out nicely. I was so surprised how mad she got! She start having her voice loud, talking so rude, and telling me to pay and leave!!! I asked her are you racist, she said yes I am!! and she told me to leave and not to come back again!! She’s crazy not ok at all!! I am so surprised how they still have good reviews at this place, especially with katiba!!!! Me and my mom got so mistreated for no reason from katiba and I do not recommend customers let katiba touch their face at all. She’s not only rude and racist, but her job is horrible too!!!! I’m so shocked Katiba been working there for 10 years!!! Without being fired, and still working even though they are losing a lot of customers and their business because of her!!!!!!!!

They always do a great job. I’ve been to all the threading places in the area and once I found GBS eyebrows I don’t go anywhere else. Would have given 5 stars but every time I make an appointment I still have to wait. Other than that they are very kind and professional people.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve gotten my eyebrows done by Kabita the past two visits, first time she made them too thin after I asked her to clean it up. Second time she didn’t even try to make it even and even left several hairs. I honestly didn’t want her touching it after that so I expressed how disappointed I was, she just nodded her head. Seeing as patience is a virtue in places like this, every time I go, it’s always excellent!! Threading can be a tad painful for some or at first but it lasts longer then waxing AND it actually gets all the hair!

Kabita is the best! I had a bad experience with one girl making eyebrows look so different from eachother. I was nervous about them getting too thin. I waited a little longer than normal and went a different day than I normally went. Im so glad she took care of me that day. I always make my appts with her now. I will not see anyone else!

I usually like coming here. I stopped waxing and started threading about 5 years ago. But today there was a new girl I’ve never seen. She was very polite and friendly. However she went so slow it was like she was pulling each hair out one by one. The usual girls are pretty quick and it’s not really painful. This time it was so painful I couldn’t sit still. Never have I felt that while getting my brows done. She also threaded parts of my face I didn’t ask for like around my forehead and temples. First time I didn’t leave tip because I couldn’t wait to get up from that chair.

The person was nice, but she did a horrible job with my eyebrows. They are completely unbalanced and look WAY worse than they did before I walked into the store. It took around 30 minutes and I am not satisfied AT ALL with her work. She clearly is not very experienced. I am very disappointed because my graduation is coming up and I wanted good eyebrows for pictures, but now that won’t be happening. NOT coming back here.
