Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been going here for years, and they easily have the best threading work that I have tried. Everyone is always really friendly & personable, and I like that I don’t have to worry about the quality. All of the main girls are great, and Kabita especially is very detailed and thorough, and will make sure to take time to make sure that you are happy. She’s precise and gentle. I go out of my way to find her. So I would recommend this place, as I have had great experiences with pretty much all of them.I also like that the owners have made this place really bright. That differs from a lot of other threading salons, and I think that really helps contribute to the top quality of the work.I have been going here for years, and they easily have the best threading work that I have tried. I have been going here for years, and they easily have the best threading work that I have tried. Everyone is always really friendly & personable, and I like that I don’t have to worry about the quality. This threading spot at the Holyoke Mall was pretty cool! From check in to getting my eyebrows done ‘in a blink of an eye’- the experience was so smooth/ efficient! The lady who helped me was great and did an amazing job! Highly recommend GBS Brows and be sure to ask about their loyalty program ;).

The girl didn’t even ask me how I wanted my eyebrows and took off half my hair!! I had been growing them out for months only to have them completely taken away in 5 seconds. I also had the tinting done which did absolutely nothing !! Waste if my money

I’ve been going here for 2 years and it’s always a hit and miss. Sometimes they do a great but they mostly mess them up to the point that i have to wait a month to let my eyebrows grow in because they thin them to much or do one thin and leave one thicker.

I love getting my eye brows threaded. I use to do waxing until eye threading came out. I been doing my eyebrows for about 7years and I love how you get no red or burn from wax. My experience at GBSBrows been great I love all the girls there and love the service. So if you looking for a great eye threading place go to GBS at the Holyoke Mall.
