This was my first time using Burgundy’s services and I am 100% satisfied. She has such a warm welcoming spirit and her set up is such a vibe. I walked in with a few concerns about my hair and she completely reassured me on everything. She gave me a proper education on hair care as well options I have moving forward rather than being closed minded and straight to the scheduled wash and press. She was vocal about everything she was doing/putting in my head which I appreciated. I was comfortable the whole time and she made sure of it!!
