Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis was my first visit to Gatzby Salon for a hair cut. It had been almost a year since my last cut — thanks to having a baby, the pandemic, etc. The atmosphere is just so cute and quaint. They take appropriate COVID-19 precautions — everyone wears a mask, my temperature was checked and I was asked questions upon arrival, then asked to wash my hands. They offered me hot coffee and the owner Laura came over and introduced herself and welcomed me. I liked that they put a lavender-infused washcloth over my face to relax during the shampooing. Naomi did a great job with the haircut and I loved the cozy atmosphere. I went home and told my sister, who immediately called and booked an appointment for herself the same day! Great service.
