Honestly, my hair color got completely messed up by a stylist named Dawn. She tried to put in light brown highlights which turned out blonde! She is very sweet and tried to fix it, but it was not fixable and I am very disappointed since Im getting married in 4 weeks.

I’m a bit disappointed. I went by at 7pm to see if I could get a quick trim and as we parked the girl inside shut off the lights and locked the door despite the door and website saying they’re open till 8pm. I was excited to try them out, and make an appointment to get my daughters hair ombre’d but that didnt happen. Hopefully I can find somewhere that is reliable.
