I told Lorenzo one way how I wanted to cut my hair he completely messed it up and did it another. On top of that the wait time was ridiculous and his response was oh you have to book an appointment. Maybe this is something you tell to new clients on their first visit on top of that attitude was disgusting No mask on Not cleaning his tools Having to wait while “weird” transactions are happening right outside the front door with the barbers complete waste of time
