Critical: Quality, ValueI went here for a gel pedi/dip. Here are my issues:The nail tech cut my toe nails too short. I paid for the paraffin wax and hot stone massage and it was done half heartedly. It wasn’t a massage it was a light rub. I told them repeatedly which nails were my natural nails. Instead of soaking the dip off, he tried twice to cut my nails. I needed 3 tips so that my nails could be the same length. I didn’t want my natural nails cut down because I like to grow them out. He didn’t smooth them down so they are lumpy and the top was lifting underneath from my natural nail. I didn’t notice it until I got home. When I went back so that they could fix it and another male nail tech flipped my hand over and drilled my natural nails down before I could say anything. So they messed up my nails and dirt is still getting underneath them. My lesson is that I am going to inspect my nails before I leave any other place or they are not getting paid. I went here for a gel pedi/dip. Here are my issues:

Critical: QualityGot the dip nail on Saturday and the lady made the dip nail bigger than my nail bed. I asked here to file them down more then twice and she barely changed anything as if she was correct. I had wedding to attend so I didn’t put up a fuss. My cuticle and nails are sore and stuck together. Very disappointing! Will not be going back.Service: Dip powder

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality4.5My man & I just came off the road and pedicures was much needed. I’m someone who always read reviews & know exactly what I want and the price before entering an establishment so overpricing wasn’t an issue. When we walked in we were immediately greeted & even though we got lost & ended up being 15 minutes late to our reservation our wait time was only 1 or 2 minutes. The older ,slim man with glasses did my pedicure & he was amazing! A young woman did my man’s pedicure & his experienced was average. She started later than my guy and finished first! She was nice but the “massage” he received was more like a soft rub from your niece. Overall it was a nice place I would just ask the lady to give a little more effort. The older slim gentlemen is a great addition to this nail salon.
