I have never seen a dermatologist and I gotta say Dr. Mendoza was wonderful. She understood my concerns, gave me options, and worked together along with me and her staff to achieve the best plan possible. The front desk staff was pleasant and kind. My nurse, Mary, did a wonderful job on my facial and at recommending actual medical grade products that will help me achieve the skin I want. I have been using Kiehl’s for years now and had no idea how to truly take care of my skin until yesterday. My face/skin is already looking better and feeling softer. The products are amazing, no weird sticky feeing, lasts all day. Truly truly happy at the quality of service and care everyone provided and the level of professionalism. Will definitely be returning and referring family and friends. Up next is my spouse and my father.

I been going to Gateway Medspa for 2 months now. Jada has done an amazing job at clearing my back from acne breakouts and scarring. I recommend to those who workout and have a tendency to breakout from certain areas, no matter how much you try to maintain a clean skin after your workouts.

They do Botox well enough but I also got filler here and my face is not even. My right cheek is higher then the left and has an indentation where they spaced the injections too wide. I was hoping time would fix it, but After a 6 weeks, I’m still lopsided and lumpy. I went back after my filler and showed how uneven it was one of the staff who agreed that it was uneven and her response was “maybe we can work something out with our vender to fix it.” So now, I can either live with my lopsided face or have the people who messed it up try to fix it. Definitely will not get filler here again
