I received a Groupon as a gift and her availability has been so limited that I haven’t been able to book an appointment before it expires. Sent several emails to communicate with her and they all went unanswered. When I was finally able to get an appointment, it was declined. I feel so bad that my daughter wasted her money and I’m so disappointed because I was really looking forward to a massage. I don’t understand how this is ok to do to people?

Unfortunately like the two reviewers before me, I also purchased the groupon and had difficulty setting an appointment that worked with my schedule. First off, her e-mail does not work so don’t try that. It took a little texting back and forth to finally get an appointment time nailed down on October 8th that would work for me as I work typical business hours during the week. This was back in early September.

I received a Groupon as a gift and have had considerable difficulty in making an appointment that works with my schedule. The two times I tried to schedule, I received a message from them rescheduling my appointment for me for a different time than chosen. They didn’t call to ask if that was okay, and the new times were 45-60 minutes later than the time I chose. I will be cancelling and not rescheduling. I’ll look for another Groupon to transfer the money to.

I bought a service through Groupon. I have been trying to contact this place so I can use it before it expires in Jan 2020. The Massage Therapist continues to say she is sorry and has been busy but will not book me in. I have tried to contact her via email, text and phone calls. I would not use her. I have put in my dispute as well. This is very unprofessional.
