This is a great barber shop. I went in there for years when I lived in Gastonia, and occasionally I return back to visit and get a haircut, they can be quite busy at times, they’re open on Saturday also but only for a couple of hours! First come first serve No Reservations needed. Larry’s the owner generally cuts at the first chair inside the door!

This was the best place in gastonia …..until they hired that Audrea ( I think that’s her name) lady. She will complain about cutting your hair. I’m giving my hard earned money to someone who complains about doing their job. It’s like going to your favorite restaurant and the server complaining they have to bring you food. If you don’t like what you do….go work somewhere else..this was my favorite place in gastonia…but I wont be going back…I’m tired of hearing her mouth. To the rest of the staff they are awesome!

Well Im not sure what the other lady is referring to, no they usually dont do womens hair and I think that just fine, I have been in there a number of times and the gentlemen there have been nothing but very pleasant to me. My husband goes there and loves these guys, not only the way the cut hair but their attitudes. I dont see a problem with men just wanting to be around other men, I think thats very healthy! If your a man and your looking for a place to get a cut and some fellowship this is the place you need to be going.
