I am from New Mexico, I was in Lubbock visiting family and was in need of a haircut. Showed up and Chris Arredondo did such an awesome job that I don’t mind making the 3 hour trip to this shop to get a haircut. Chris has been the only one to cut my hair there and he does an amazing job with my hair and beard. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to come out looking sharp.

So they are now under new management and it’s amazing now. I took my 11yr old son there who is Autistic and usually doesn’t like getting his hair cut, but Pjay did an amazing job with my son’s haircut. He was calm and worked with him really well. The worst haircut experience my husband has ever had. He had to basically go get a second haircut and rescue from Sports Clips immediately right after. Thankfully someone helped him elsewhere, just sucks he had to have someone go behind and fix his hair and pay more than this should’ve been. Haircut

Probably the worse haircut I have ever gotten. The fade was terrible, left me with a solid line in the back and also left the hair on top very uneven. I also asked for a bald on the sides with the shaver and didn’t even get that right. I will never go back and I recommend that if you need a haircut to try somewhere else.

We’ve been to this place all of three times, two of which I actually recieved service since the first time it was closed. The second time I thought it was just a bad day that we came in. But in all honesty we will never come back after it was not busy when we came in . One barber and one customer. Then a second barber walks in but then he tells us we are gonna have to wait becuase his customer walked in after him. So we started to wait while a third barber walks in and then starts cleaning his equipment, but instead of telling us to come and sit he let’s a third customer who walked in an sat down, Come in sit in his chair . The first barbers customer had already left by now and she starts doing her hair, an cleaning up. We had to ask her if she will cut his hair, but instead of giving us a straight answer just looks in the mirror an talks to us like that. No doubt she didn’t want to do it becuase she grabbed the booster seat and slammed it in her seat, looked at her coworkers and was rude. No one actually said anything to us the whole hour we were there. The customer service at this place is not there and we will not return. They do a good job as far as a cut is concerned but if your not gonna be pleasent to your customers who actually pay for the service, then your in the wrong business.
