A gentleman cut my 3yr old daughter’s hair. We were a walk-in so I’m not sure of his name. He did a really nice job although I wasn’t sure whether I was coming back given the state of the place. First impression of the salon’s cleanliness was poor. Cut hair from about 7-8 kids on the floor, bits of tissue all over, the seating area wasn’t clean either. I almost offered to sweep up the hair I was standing on while keeping my daughter distracted. The place just needs a receptionist or someone to greet ppl and maintain it.

Gary was great! We have had some pretty traumatic children’s haircuts in the past (either the kids cried the whole time, or the haircut was rushed and terrible), but Gary was set up with kids favorites like barber chairs shaped like cars, and familiar cartoons to distract them. Gary was quick and obviously a very good barber, both our children came out with very stylish cuts that flattered their faces and the looks each wanted. Our kids were 3.5 & 5. We will be going back for sure! Be sure to call for an appointment, they get busy!

They don’t blow dry the hair with hair cut service. The owner asked for additional charge when I asked if he could dry the hair. Our children left with hair on the face and wet hair on a windy day. So after hair air dried we noticed the bang for our little girl was crooked and way too short than discussed. Not recommended.

Love how well Gary cuts my son’s hair. Best place ever. Consistent results Everytime. I don’t even have to show a picture. If I did he would do it. So many fun toys and great shows to watch. Obsessed with my son’s hair! My daughter gets her haircut here too and loves Gary’s as well. Both kids beg me to get their haircut here.

Highly recommend Gary! Very patient with a steady hand with my 2 year old who wailed throughout his first haircut. The salon has lots of toys and cool seats for children as well as tv’s to keep kids entertained and distracted. The hours are great too- open until 7pm!

Honestly I was torn between a 3 or 4 star review here. The shop in it’s self was nice. Very busy with objects to keep the kids distracted. There were toys hanging from the ceiling, a claw game (that was too expensive to play, like $1.50) the movies, a suspended train and carousel, fun stuff! Gary did a nice job in cutting my sons hair. However, he was so rough in handling my kids head. Manhandling a bit to me. My son is 6 and has been getting his hair cut since he was 9 months old. He is excellent in the chair. I get Gary must have some doozy kinds of kids to cut (first timers, crying, fidgeting), but there is no need to handle every kids head the same. And for this reason, we will not be going back to Gary, despite the nice haircut my son got. We will seek out a professional barbershop next time.

Very disappointed! My daughter got her first haircut in this place. She had been so patient and quiet. She didn’t move at all and I was glad that the guy can do a good job but unfortunately that didn’t happen. After I washed her hair I realized one side is 1.5 inches longer than the other side which I couldn’t see at the hair salon because she has wavy hair.

Took my 2 and a half year old there for a trim and instead got a full on haircut! Gary didnt seem to hear or care about what kind of cut I wanted for my son. He took off all his curls and gave him a “big boy” cut that we absolutely did not want for him yet. We’ve gone there before and he did a good job, I don’t know why this time it was different.

Very experienced with kids and made it an easy time to get my daughter’s first haircut. She’s 2.5 and in a “no” phase, so it’s great that the (owner?) stylist just was very easygoing and he didn’t worry too much about her protestations. Tvs are perfect for the kids and they know what they are doing. The cut ended up so cute too! Will return again.
