Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueGargi’s salon is the best place for all beauty services. Her eyebrow threading is the only one I trust, they are always done perfectly and what I ask for. My hair is always cut how I ask and they can do any style. All of the stylists are very talented. After washing and cutting, this was the best blow dry I have ever recieved- my hair was silky and shiny. This is the best place to go to with the sweetest people who listen to exactly what you want! Gargi’s salon is the best place for all beauty services. Her eyebrow threading is the only one I trust, they are always done perfectly and what I ask for. My hair is always cut how I ask and they can do any style. All of the stylists are very talented. Critical: PunctualityI am new to New Jersey and chose to visit Gargi’s beauty salon as it had a pretty good rating on Google but my experience was terrible. Both times I was made to wait for over half hour though I had an appointment. Though I requested an employee to inform the owner that I was waiting, she didn’t even bother acknowledging me or apologizing to me. Instead she was rude and condescending. They also don’t provide a gown to change into during waxing as they don’t want to wash them which is ridiculous. Cheap pricing is not reason enough to treat customers poorly. I am new to New Jersey and chose to visit Gargi’s beauty salon as it had a pretty good rating on Google but my experience was terrible. Both times I was made to wait for over half hour though I had an appointment.
