Amazing and thorough great recommendations. Alicia was the name tag and she did great. She found the root of some pain and tight spots I wasn’t even aware of on my back and side. I’ve had shoulder and neck pain on my right side for a long time. I can say walking out of here I definitely feel relief. I will be going back. Actual relief for an affordable price. No regrets.

Customer service would be rated zero if that was a choice.I am a first time client and I came in around 1pm today and was told to come back at 2 PM. Came back and was told someone else had walked in for the appointment time.I was OK with that so I scheduled a 5:30 PM appointment that evening. When I make an appointment I keep it. But apparently, Ivy called me from a number that said David Hughes to confirm my appointment. Very odd to call and confirm as I came in physically TWICE and had scheduled the appointment 3.5 hours before that SAME DAY!When my phone rang it said David Hughes. How on I supposed to know that this was the business number for Gardenia Spa Massage???? I, like most people, do not answer unknown callers. She told me this was her husband‘s name. Again. That should be noted somewhere for new clients.To top it off, When I arrived I was turned away and told that A 6 PM appointment was scheduled and therefore I could not be seen. My appointment was canceled. I just moved to the area and would have been a regular customer. This type of customer service it’s horrible for a new client.My wedding anniversary is tomorrow and I wanted to get a full body scrub and massage. Went there for a couple’s deep tissue massage. The lady was nice at the front desk and we got attended to immediately for a walk in. Both the ladies who did our massage were nice and did a great job. My boyfriend loved the hot stones and I liked the dim lighting.

Gardenia massage is my best pick massage spa since I found this little quiet massage in Duluth area. their price is very completive and reasonable. My wife and I went in the couple massage and we felt like we were in Haven after the 90 Minutes of massage. Liked a lot!!!!!

The actual massage was amazing. However, when it was time to pay, I felt bullied by the staff to tip. They kept saying TIP TIP. That made me very uncomfortable. Customer service was trash. You can’t make me TIP you! Unless they add it to your bill like some places.

The counter is very mean and rude. She asked for at least 20% tip. And she said that only Indian paid very few tips….(Originally, I would like to pay 10% for foot message). I only have cash $100 and she said she has no change for me, i.e., 25% tip. I said that I can wait for 3 minutes and my husband can pay the fee by card. And she said she has change now…. Liar!

I went in for a Body Scrub. The lady at the front desk said…”It’s for skinny.” I tried to overlook and act like I didn’t hear her. I said I would like a body scrub…she repeated again….”It’s for skinny.” One of the other ladies knew what she said was WRONG…She offered a massage and a Body Scrub. I was determined not to be offended. But tell your front desk staff to never tell a Woman she is too fat for a service!

Very bad service. Made an appointment for a 2 hour massage. When we reached at our time, they told us that we couldn’t do the 2 hour anymore since the previous customer had come late and they had the next appointment at before they could finish ours. This is the second time they are doing this. Do not recommend this place. We received no call or notification to tell us that they would not be ready for us at the time that they asked us to come.
